Ingredients: Distilled White Vinegar, Coarse Sea Salt, and my blend of Gourmet spices.

                                                                                                                                                  Proper Use & Storage instructions: To avoid moisture getting into the spice--which will cause clumping--refrain from holding bottle over steaming food while adding spice. Keep bottle caps closed tightly and store in cool dry place. Take measures to avoid steam getting into cabinets where spices are being stored.
