Serves 1 to 2
Spices:
- Hey Unc! BBQ Coffee Rub (“HU”)*
 - Master Blend Spice ( “MB” )
 - 
Flamin’ Citrus Heat Spice Blend (“ FCH”) 
- *Alternatively, you can use Chef Earl’s Original BBQ Spice Blend
 
 
Ingredients:
- 8 to 10 whole wings ( or party wings)
 - 1 tbsp olive oil ( or vegetable oil)
 - 1/4 cup butter
 - 1 1/2 cup of your favorite bbq sauce ( Recommendation: Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey BBQ Sauce)
 
Dip Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1 tsp “FCH”
 - 1 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
 
Marinating the Chicken:
- Clean chicken wings and pat dry.
 - Season with roughly 2 tbsp of “HU” and “MB” spice blends. Drizzle oil on chicken and mix until evenly coated.
 - Marinate for at least 1 hour.
 
1 hour later...
- Place chicken wings in air fryer ( Leave enough room between each for flipping).
 - Set Airfryer at 390 degrees for 20 minutes.* Flip halfway through to ensure both sides are crisp. *Chicken may take more or less time to cook , depending on wing and Airfryer size. Follow cooking instructions on Airfryer, if needed.
 - In a saucepan, melt butter on medium heat.
 - Add in BBQ sauce.
 - Add 1 tbsp of ( “HU”) spice blend.
 - Stir for 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize.
 - Coat chicken with sauce (both sides) and return to air fryer for 1 to 2 minutes.
 - Combine sour cream , “FCH” , and ranch seasoning.
