BBQ Coffee Rub Airfryer Wings w/ Spicy Ranch Dip

Serves 1 to 2

Spices:

Ingredients:

  • 8 to 10 whole wings ( or party wings)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil ( or vegetable oil)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup of your favorite bbq sauce ( Recommendation: Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey BBQ Sauce)

Dip Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp “FCH”
  • 1 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning

Marinating the Chicken:

  1. Clean chicken wings and pat dry. 
  2. Season with roughly 2 tbsp of “HU” and “MB” spice blends. Drizzle oil on chicken and mix until evenly coated.
  3. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

1 hour later...

  1. Place chicken wings in air fryer ( Leave enough room between each for flipping).
  2. Set Airfryer at 390 degrees for 20 minutes.* Flip halfway through to ensure both sides are crisp. *Chicken may take more or less time to cook , depending on wing and Airfryer size. Follow cooking instructions on Airfryer, if needed.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter on medium heat.
  4. Add in BBQ sauce.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of ( “HU”) spice blend.
  6. Stir for 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize.
  7. Coat chicken with sauce (both sides) and return to air fryer for 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Combine sour cream , “FCH” , and ranch seasoning.

Serve hot and enjoy!

Recommended side dish: Sweet potato fries or a baked sweet potato with asparagus
