What you'll need:
- 2 tablespoons of Chef Earl's Gourmet Master Blend All Purpose seasoning.
- 2.5 tbsp Chef Earl's Gourmet BBQ Spice Blend
- Chef Earl's Gourmet Flamin' Citrus Heat infused Olive Oil
- One pound of medium peeled and deveined shrimp.
- 2 tbsp of minced garlic
- 3 tbsp of extra Virgin Olive oil.
- 1 medium Spanish jumbo onion cut Julian.
- 1 of each: sweet red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and Orange bell peppers cut Julian. 1/2 a bunch of chopped flatleaf Italian parsley.
- 2 Lemons
- 2 pints of grape tomatoes cut in 4 pieces
- 1lb Penne Pasta
Preparation:
On medium high heat, add 1 1/2 tablespoon of Olive Oil. Then add all vegetables. Cook until tender . Put to the side. Add remainder of Olive oil to skillet. Add chopped garlic, then heat for one minute on medium high heat. Add shrimp, then season shrimp with BBQ spice and Master Blend spice. sauté for 3 minutes. Pour in reserved vegetables, pasta, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix all ingredients. Heat throughout, place in a serving dish. Shake well and add a light drizzle of Chef Earl's Gourmet Flamin Citrus Heat infused Olive oil.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon, and enjoy!
