Lemon-Lemon Pepper Tequila Cocktail

What you will need:

• Earl’s Gourmet Lemon – Lemon Pepper Spice
• Your choice of Tequila
• Lemon wedge
• Edible flower (Optional)

Preparation:  

1. Sprinkle Lemon – lemon Pepper on a fresh lemon wedge.
2. Sear fresh lemon wedge in small pan or skillet until caramelized. Remove and let it rest.
3. Rim the glass with Lemon – lemon Pepper Spice. Then pour 1.5 Ounce shot of chilled Tequila in the glass.
4. Place lemon wedge on rim of glass or to enhance the flavor put lemon wedge inside the glass of tequila. The edible flower is for presentation purposes, so it is optional.
